Welcome to the website of the Hargrave & Ousden Oil Syndicate.

The purpose of the syndicate is to combine orders for domestic heating oil so that we get a further discount for bulk buying. As far as possible this website will be used to keep villagers in Hargrave & Ousden informed of what we are doing and when. Also to make the administration of the syndicate as easy as possible.

We now have around 40 households registered with the syndicate to date. The more people that join, the greater our buying power so if you live in Hargrave or Ousden and you are not already registered please do so. By registering you will not be committing to buy through the syndicate but will have the information on ordering dates etc so you can choose whether to order or not.

Once you are registered and have your user ID and password to enter the main site you will find more information on order and delivery dates etc. This information is protected from the general public and is only available to syndicate members.

If you wish to join the syndicate, please complete the on-line 'Register Now' form. While this is not binding in any way, it does show an element of commitment to the scheme. On completion you will be e-mailed a User ID and Password to gain access to the full site.

The information on the form will be e-mailed directly to me and will be stored securely. It will not be passed on to anyone else other than to oil suppliers when placing an order. Please note that no personal data will be stored on this website at any time.
